A shot that I’d been after for some time was eventually achieved with the return working of North East Railtour’s ‘The Argyll Invader. WCRC’s 37248 and DRS’s 37688 are seen winding their way down from Crianlarich through Glen Falloch, in lovely evening sun. This tour was top n tailed but problems with 37688 meant that 37248 had to lead heading back from Oban, giving us the bonus of both locos leading the train. 05/05/08 17:50
