After a quick dash from near Langwathby, we got to the south end of Appleby just in time to see 45699 Galatea lift her train away from the waterstop. This was the return leg of the 'Winter Cumbrian Mountain Express' (1Z87 14:25 Carlisle - London Euston). 17/02/19
